HVAC Maintenance and Service Membership

CCS Heating & Air offers an annual HVAC service agreement for homeowners in Montgomery County and Bucks County, Pennsylvania.

Annual HVAC Service Agreement: $300 per year

Two maintenance visits for one HVAC system over 12 months. The agreement covers one residential furnace or heating system and one central air-conditioning system. It includes one heating visit and one cooling visit during the agreement term. Payment is due when the agreement is purchased.

What is included?

• One annual furnace or heating-system inspection and maintenance visit.
• One annual air-conditioning inspection and maintenance visit.
• Inspection of system operation, thermostat, accessible electrical components, controls, motors, and safety devices.
• Standard air-filter inspection. Replacement filters are not included unless separately stated.
• Outdoor condenser-coil rinse using water only. Chemical, deep, or restoration cleaning is not included.
• Normal condensate-drain cleaning and flushing. Major blockages or drain repairs are charged separately.
• 15% off qualifying replacement parts supplied and installed by CCS Heating & Air.
• Priority scheduling for emergency HVAC service calls.

Parts discount and priority scheduling

The 15% discount applies to qualifying replacement parts only. It does not apply to labor, diagnostic or service-call charges, refrigerant, complete equipment replacements, new installations, permits, subcontracted work, after-hours fees, or previously discounted services.

Priority service means members are scheduled ahead of non-members when reasonably possible. It does not guarantee immediate or same-day service. Standard diagnostic, emergency, after-hours, repair, and labor charges still apply.

Coverage limits

Repairs, replacement components, and refrigerant are not included unless specifically stated in writing. Major drain blockages, damaged or collapsed piping, inaccessible obstructions, specialized equipment, and extensive labor carry additional charges. Customers will be advised of the cost before additional work whenever possible.

Pre-existing failures and damage caused by abuse, neglect, improper installation, flooding, fire, power surges, pests, remodeling, or work performed by others are excluded. Customers must provide safe, reasonable access to the equipment. Additional HVAC systems may be added for an additional charge.
